The other day I had the idea to create a landing page to better promote my freelance development. I jumped on Godaddy and snagged several domains including wordpressrescues.com, wordpressrescuesquad.com and wordpresscpr.com. I wanted to create a slick modern looking landing page. One of the things I sometimes struggle with is finding good quality images and icons for my site. Digging through some free themes I recently downloaded I found a page with some awesome illustrations from undraw.co so I decided to check it out.
It is a pretty awesome open source project with a ton of free illustrations all easily downloadable in svg or png format. All of the illustrations on wordpressrescues.com are from undraw. They even have a handy color picker to let you change the accent color of illustrations.
